What do I do? 

I am CEO of the Global Institute for Extraordinary Women (www.GIFEW.org), a global transformational educational platform for women leaders to transform the society. 

 

I have been truly committed to building the vision and team since it’s establishment.

 

The most of all activities, I enjoy building, mobilising and leading inspiring high impact leaders and teams, developing partnerships, connection opportunities, globally.

 

The transformational global enterprise is fully aligned with my vision.  It provides an ideal space where I can continue my personal growth and fully expanding my leadership potential. Biography

I am world travelled marathon runner, experienced entrepreneur, commited to transformation of individuals and society, driven by passion, excellent at leading and connecting. 

 

I am ambitious, charismatic person with professional behavior and sense of practicality and curiosity. You recognize me by smile and positive magnetic energy I spread around. As a marathon runner also in business, I am into turning big ideas into tangible results and with pleasure and learning it brings along.

 

In the past, I have lived and worked on 5 different continents where I gained professional experience in leadership, business & finance.

 

In Europe, Asia, and in the Middle East, I was as leader, member of international teams, across sectors (corporation, SME, non-profit), accountable for success of several projects.

 

Among my working experience belongs:

  • driving global transformation business
  • for German speaking countries, managing credit risk of customers at largest oil corporation
  • for Czech market, advising on financial planning
  • in Sao Paolo, Tokyo, Budapest, Brussels organizing and co-creating conferences around sustainability and leadership, for up to 800 people.
  • in China, supporting local consulting company
  • in Jordan, starting-up global until today successful branch of global leadership organization
  • in Czech Republic, 3 years leading teams with excellent results at AIESEC 

I have master in finance and several years of experience in credit risk management; project management and consumer finance advisory.

I am graduate at LandmarkWorldwide transformational education. I am certified Flow Consultant of Talent Dynamics. 

I have Toastmasters competent communication certificate.

Real life experience is where I learn most.
